               Welcome to my online portfolio. I moved to Houston and   have been tattooing here since 1992 .

I am owner of Texas Body Art in Houston Texas and I work at Artillery Tattoo located downtown/midtown. My experiences and passion have called me beyond the norm. Artillery Tattoo Studio and Museum was built  and is now operating under the Meridian Music Complex. I like to call it the "Tattoo Mansion". With the Venue being directly connected to the studio with a stunning view of the downtown skyline it adds a sense of importance to this studio as offered by many. My wife  Mizuz Inkaholik is a very popular alternative tattoo-model. With multiple awards and magazine covers she has been graced as the most photographed tattooed lady in Texas. HOW TO GET AN APPOINTMENT WITH ME

I generally like to do my own custom work. Meaning I draw your design and when I tattoo the design it is thrown away, never to be done again. Prices range at 120 an hour but generally anything over 4 or 5 hours will be even cheaper due to the fact I love to do my bigger custom pieces. I am very versatile with my work with 25 years combined experience. I started professionally in 1992 and started at Shaws here in Houston. I tattooed there for 5 years back in th day when we stayed up all night till early morning tattooing on the strip. Of course I schedule in my ongoing projects with higher priority.

Tattooing in Houston since 1992,started at Shaws. Opened Texas Body Art in 1998 .I only tattoo by appointment only and schedule my ongoing projects with higher priority.

The wait is anywhere up to 3 weeks. I only do work that I feel is my style and wont touch other peoples work or finish other artists work.I DO NOT like to do flash or any other tattoo that has already been done.

If you are interested in getting tattooed by me please follow these steps.

Look at my style and see what I am doing in my portfolio to achieve my greatest work.. Do some research for me and gather as much visual reference as possible to speed up the process. My rates are hourly and the minimum is 3 hours. My favorite subject matter is portraits and gore and photo realism, also I like to do bold and bright NEO-TRAD. I work with big mags usually and gets alot of work done in a smaller amount of time and pain.I continue to push myself to create and bend the traditions and have as much fun creating my work now..
